2009 IPL season

I just have to say I had a great and eventful 2009 season with alot of changes. The teams in this league are always some of the friendliest and I can't wait to see how things unfold next year as there will be lots of movement.

Thanks to Kelowna Hustle - you guys were fun to play with and you guys are really going places. I wish you all the best. Kyle you are a great captain and really keep that team together. I wish you guys all the best at Brawl if you end up going... need a pod filler/cheerleading section?

Thanks to Savage Reaction - Its a blast to play with you guys and your easy going nature. It was great of you guys to pick me up after I quit hustle and I continue to look forward to our rivalry with them. . . though is it possible to fall back a division? lol. Just kidding I do love the challenge!

As always, playing in the IPL was a blast for 2009. It's awesome having a local tournament series that does everything for the players. Big props to all the people involved in making the league happen.

The first half of the year was frustrating for my team, Sick Witted, as we moved up a division and got our asses handed to us the first couple tournaments of the year. It was humbling and forced us to re-evaluate the way we approach the game. With the support of our sponsors and some extra team dedication, we were able to work on the areas that needed improvement before the lat two events. The efforts paid off with 1st and 2nd place finishes and a 3rd place finish in the overal series.

We would like to thank our home field, Action & Adventure Paintball, for their support throughout the entire year. The reball field was perfect for practicing and playing. We'd also like to thank paintballgear.ca for their product support.

Thanks to all who played and helped organize/staff the 2009 IPL season. Season wrap-up to come soon, been way to busy for that. Also the 2010 details will be released in late December, dates and locations may be TBA if the do not have the BCPPL 2010 dates.
